Decisions of the Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations (CIR)
The Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations (Nebraska's agency which handles Public Sector bargaining disputes for all public employees) began publishing its decisions in 1974 but the decisions go back to when the first case was filed with the Commission (formerly called Court of Industrial Relations) in 1947. The CIR Reporter is published on an as needed basis.
